How it all began

Tanya’s Version

Dan and I first met at Penn State in 2016. I'll admit, I initially ignored his persistent Instagram DMs (whoops!)

After five years and maybe one too many drinks at a bar, I finally gave him a call… and we’ve been together ever since. Thank goodness for those espresso martinis! After visiting Dan in Florida, I was completely sold and eventually moved down to Naples, Florida.

Since then, we’ve moved from Naples back to Walnut Creek, California, where I’m originally from, and share our home with the two most adorable French Bulldogs you’ll ever meet. I’m SO excited to walk down the aisle on our wedding day, surrounded by our favorite people, and to step into this next chapter together.

Danny’s Version

So, I heard of Tanya during my sophomore year at Penn State. Afterward, I found her on Instagram and decided to send her a message. She actually ghosted me and didn't reply. This went on for several years. That is, until one day when I was hanging out with a friend, and she called me out of the blue.

I was in the middle of giving him advice about not getting too serious in relationships during college, but the moment I saw Tanya's name on my screen, I immediately told him I was going to ignore my own advice because she was the one.

I can confidently say that I made the right decision that night. I'm grateful for where we are today and am excited for our future.
